Veterans Day Weekend in DC
I spent Veterans Day Weekend in Washington D.C. with Anthony Wallace, who is a “Yellow Hat” volunteer at the Vietnam Memorial, sometimes called The Wall.
I enjoy taking photos of the city’s monuments and tourist attractions.

What’s not there
I spent yesterday afternoon with Herbert Sweat at Black Veterans for Social Justice. While overall he is pleased with the way the book depicts him, he related to me his family’s reaction. They were surprised that so much had been left out. Mr. Sweat is of Native American stock, and the profile I wrote does not contain this information. There is also much else missing, including any discussion of his post
